FAQ

  • What are your prices? 
    Our prices fluctuate, depending on the season and a variety of other factors. Please check our Rental Rates page for current prices. Specials are offered from time to time. The average rental period can also fluctuate. We charge per rental, not per hour. 

  • What does the price include?

  • Prices include set-up and removal. Some travel fees may apply.

  • Do you deliver to other cities not listed on your website?

  • Yes, Please call our office for a current quote: 631-365-5385 or 631-867-6744

  • When do you set up and pick-up?

  • Delivery will be between the hours of 7AM and 3PM the morning of your event. We will come back the following day to pick-up your rental. Special arrangements are available upon request, please call our office at 631-365-5385 or 631-867-6744

  • What condition will our rental arrive?

  • All rentals are cleaned and disinfected after every use. Your rental will arrive clean, sanitary and ready for fun.

  • Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?

  • Yes. An electric blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. If unplugged, it will deflate. We require an outlet within 75´ of the unit… or a generator. Long cords can trip your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.

  • What if I don’t have a power source? (Ex. Parks, Festivals, Fairs, etc)

  • If you want to set-up somewhere without a power-source, you will need to rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost.

  • What payments do you take?

  • Cash, Check  If paying with cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.

  • What if we need to cancel?

  • Do you require a deposit?

  • Yes, all orders require a $50 deposit which can be paid by check. Deposits are not refundable. Weather cancellations are fully refundable.

  • What is your weather policy if it rains?

  • Please call or email our office before 8 AM the morning of your party if you wish to cancel. We do deliver units in the rain. The only time we will not deliver your moonwalk is if winds are in excess of 25MPH

  • What surfaces do you set up on?

  • We can set up on grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can’t set up on any type of rock as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps. If we are setting up on any surface other than grass please let us know ahead of time so that we can bring the proper equipment.

  • Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?

  • Yes we can email you a copy 

  • What kind of water supply will I need for my water inflatable?

  • All we need is your garden hose to be hooked up to a water supply.

  • Can inflatables be set up indoors?

  • Yes. All units are different sizes. 

  • Can I pick up and set up my rental myself?

  • Safety is our number one concern. Some companies will allow the customer to pick up and set-up the rentals, but we do not feel that guarantees safety. We personally set-up and pick-up every rental. The set-up area will be evaluated, the correct size, type, and length of power cord will be used and we make sure all of the connections are correctly made. We will use the proper straps, stakes, tie downs, and anchors to secure the inflatable to the ground and ensure its safe operation.

  • What if there is a problem after the delivery staff has left?
